2016 Fall Fashion Must-Haves
Fall or autumn, which ever you prefer is by far my FAVORITE fashion season! I love the colors – the pumpkins and kales and eggplants and raisins. And those gold, orange and rich red leaves all over the city?? Breathtaking! Am I right? I love the textures – the furs and cable knits, the leathers and cashmeres! And let’s not forget the weather! It’s bright and clear with cool, brisk temps – not too hot and not too cold.
Although, I’m a Florida girl, being transplanted to Connecticut for a brief stint gave me a real appreciation for the season. But being a petite girl challenges my love affair with bulky turtlenecks and my arch enemy/frenemy, over the knee boots. God knows I love them, but they don’t love me back. Seriously! I look like Puss in Boots in every pair I’ve ever tried – so I’ve settled for just at the knee high boots and my beloved ankle boots.

I plan on adding these fun & functional pieces to my fall staples, such as my distressed boyfriend jeans, my leather riding boots and black pumps, my brightly colored scarves, a hot pink leather pencil skirt and my black one (along with my dark denim pencil skirt for Fridays at the office) and lastly my black leather jeans. I hope try to a few of these fun pieces to your fall style!
